Swiss Law Solutions is one of few law firms in Switzerland that operates on an interdisciplinary basis. Our team is made up of experienced specialists from various fields.

Team Members

MLaw Payám Ghaemmaghami, Attorney-at-Law

Payám Ghaemmaghami is a Swiss attorney admitted to the practice of law in all areas of Switzerland. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Zurich, Faculty of Law. He has served as Assistant to Professor Ruth Arnet, incumbent of the Chair for Property Law at the University of Zurich, and worked at one of the largest corporate law firms of Switzerland. Payám Ghaemmaghami is also a civil law notary of the Canton of St. Gallen empowered to execute notarial services (e.g. in company formations, transactions, dissolutions, mergers, in family and estate law, corporate and foundations law, etc.) in all national and international contexts which are valid throughout Switzerland.  

Since the year 2000 he has acted as legal counsel to the three non-profit associations affiliated with the International Academy for Human Sciences and Culture (the International Association for Parent Education and Specially Trained Parent Councils, and the International Association for Justice, Human Rights, Professional Honor and Honor of Office, the Support Society for the International Academy for Human Sciences and Culture).

Payám Ghaemmaghami brings extensive know-how gained in more than 15 years of legal experience. He is a Swiss citizen of American and Persian background. His working languages are German, English (his mother tongue), and French. Conversational Persian complements his linguistic and cultural competence.

Payám Ghaemmaghami is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Zurich Bar Association, the St. Gallen Bar Association, and the International Bar Association. He is registered in the attorney register of the Canton of St. Gallen (with legal effect for all of Switzerland).

MLaw Páyá Ghaemmaghami, Attorney-at-Law

MLaw Páyá Ghaemmaghami is a Swiss attorney admitted to the practice of law in all areas of Switzerland. He is also a civil law notary of the Canton of Zug empowered to execute notarial services (such as company formations, transactions, dissolutions, mergers, in family and estate law, corporate and foundations law, etc.) in all national and international contexts which are valid throughout Switzerland.

Páyá Ghaemmaghami studied at the Law Faculty of the University of Zurich, obtained a Master of Law with the distinction "magna cum laude", then worked for one of the largest corporate law firms in Switzerland (mainly in the field of intellectual property and corporate law) and has been a member of the team at Swiss Law Solutions since October 2017.

Páyá is a board member of the Association for the Promotion of the International Academy for Human Sciences and Culture and author of a historical book ("The unarmed Spearhead, Combat Gliders in World War II").

Páyá Ghaemmaghami is a Swiss citizen with American and Persian background. His working languages are German and his mother tongue English. Páyá Ghaemmaghami is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Zug Bar Association, the St. Gallen Bar Association, and the International Bar Association. He is registered in the attorney register of the Canton of Zug (with legal effect for all of Switzerland).

Dr. phil. Assad Ghaemmaghami, Senior Advisor

Assad Ghaemmaghami studied psychology and pedagogy at the University of Zurich and is a licensed psychotherapist and training analyst. Based on long term fieldwork with drug dependent youth, his doctoral thesis under Professor Konrad Widmer was titled Holistic Drug Therapy Model and Prevention Education.

In 1988 Assad Ghaemmaghami founded the Institute of Psychology for Peace Research and Peace Education and the Psychology Counselling and Research Institute for Sexuality, Marriage and the Family, which after some years merged under the umbrella of the International Academy for Human Sciences and Culture, also founded by Assad Ghaemmaghami.

In more than 30 years of practice and conflict research he has acquired vast experience in psychology counselling, therapy, and particularly in conflict resolution. He also has extensive experience in the fields of business management and law.

Assad Ghaemmaghami is a Swiss citizen with Persian background. His working languages are German, English, French and Persian. He is the founder of three companies and three non-profit associations with presently over 160 members.

BLaw Tukuwe Ghaemmaghami-Kahuly

BLaw Tukuwe Ghaemmaghami-Kahuly is a jurist, legal advisor to the International Academy of Human Sciences and Culture and board member of the Association for the Promotion of the International Academy of Human Sciences and Culture.

Tukuwe Ghaemmaghami-Kahuly studied at the Law School of the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali, Rwanda, worked for several years in the Secretariat of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Rwanda, and then served for several years in the Finance Department of the Bahá'í World Center in Haifa, Israel.

Tukuwe Ghaemmaghami-Kahuly has a deep insight into international as well as African law and the African economy and can draw on a wealth of experience in administration and finance.

Tukuwe Ghaemmaghami-Kahuly is a Rwandan national with Rwandan and Congolese background. Her working languages are French, English, Swahili, German and Kinyarwanda.

Dr. phil. Pearl La Marca-Ghaemmaghami

Dr. phil. Pearl La Marca-Ghaemmaghami is a psychologist and federally recognized psychotherapist and is also a member of the board of the Association for the Promotion of the International Academy of Human Sciences and Culture. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience.

She completed her studies at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Zurich with the distinction "summa cum laude".

She worked for several years as senior assistant and post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at the University of Zurich. She was also a member of the psychotherapeutic team of the Outpatient Clinic for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavioral Medicine for several years, where she was the operational head of the psychological consultation and liaison service for the obstetrics and neonatology departments at the University Hospital of Zurich.

Dr. La Marca-Ghaemmaghami has been a member of the team at Swiss Law Solutions since the beginning of 2020.

Dr. Pearl La Marca-Ghaemmaghami is a Swiss citizen with American and Persian background. Her working languages are German and her mother tongue is English. Italian and French are added as additional linguistic skills.
