Consultations:
During the global coronavirus pandemic, we made good experiences with consultations via online video conferencing. Meeting appointments are therefore also possible via video conference.
Fee:
The fee is agreed upon acceptance of a mandate and is usually calculated on an hourly basis. The first in-person meeting is to be paid in advance for which the fee (in case of an online initial meeting) is set at a lump sum of EUR 320. A shorter duration of the session does not lead to a partial refund. Payment is possible with all major credit cards or a PayPal account.
Software:
By default, we use Microsoft Teams, which available free of charge and very easy to use (an email with relevant details will be sent after booking the appointment). The software solution has a high standard of security.
