The list is up-to-date (excluding holidays that always fall on a Sunday):
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Epiphany (January 6)
- Saint Joseph's Day (March 19)
- Good Friday (Easter minus 2 days)
- Easter Monday (Easter plus 1 day)
- Ascension Day (Easter plus 39 days)
- Whit Monday (Easter plus 50 days)
- Corpus Christi (Easter plus 60 days)
- National Day (August 1)
- Assumption Day (August 15)
- All Saints' Day (November 1)
- Immaculate Conception (December 8)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- St. Stephen's Day (December 26)
Holidays, as in the CETS No. 076 list, but the restriction regarding St. Stephen's Day (allegedly not celebrated if Christmas Day falls on a Monday or a Friday) is not supported by law, nor by the cantonal information sheets (see e.g. https://www.ur.ch/_docn/404812/%C3%9Cbersicht_Feiertage_Kanton_Uri_gem._ArG_und_LSG.pdf)
Article 9(c) of the LSG also mentions the possibility of municipal holidays, but none can be found in the local legal codes.
